What does a Pathfinder do?
A Pathfinder’s role is to connect with a community – to identify, initiate, engage, and form partnerships. A Pathfinder plays a core role in the social impact lifecycle that not only identifies issues, but more importantly build relationships that allow the community to share openly with people and organizations.

Responsibilities | Household and community level data collection to return high quality information. Facilitate participatory community mapping sessions with toolkits and manage larger groups of community members. |

Responsibilities | Assist Lead Pathfinder in recruit and mobilizing Pathfinders, conducting mapping sessions, and engaging the community throughout the entire process. |

Responsibilities | Coordinate Pathfinders during Pathfinding missions, from logistics to execution. Understand long-term transformation and translating that into facilitative dialogue with community stakeholders. Lead pre-mission recces, building required rapport with stakeholders for mission, resolve conflict, and build trust. |
